California Edamame Salad

Serves 3

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (14 oz) frozen shelled edamame beans, thawed
  • 1 bag (~12 oz) frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed & drained
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 3 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp garlic
  • Balsamic vinaigrette

Directions

  1. Mix in a bowl
  2. Eat your damn veggies
